On ajax websites...

If Firefox and tabbed browsing were a deity, ajax websites are blasphemous.

Use Firefox and compare these two online auction websites: Auction.ph and eBay.

Putting no weight on content, eBay is my preference. I hate it when I don't surf with tabs. What is the tab functionality for? Why do people create websites that inconvenience users? Why make ajax websites that force you to stick to a single page. Don't the makers of these websites know the benefits of multi-tasking?
