"Construction skills" and the 93% SEO score

A Google search for the keyword "construction skills" yields nearly 7,000,000 of web pages that include commercial websites that offer construction skills information, resources, and training.

One website in the top search results, CSkills, appears to have been groomed to top searches for the "construction skills" keyword. A Domaintools.com query presents the following details about CSkills (excerpt):

Website Title: CITB-ConstructionSkills
Title Relevancy 100%
AboutUs: Wiki article on Cskills.org
SEO Score: 93%
Terms: 125 (Unique: 92, Linked: 21)
Images: 102 (Alt tags missing: 67)
Links: 26 (Internal: 24, Outbound: 2)

The CSkills website provides information useful or that are of interest to people working in the construction industry. It features articles on certifications, construction manpower related legislation, and career development. It also presents news and pertinent publications. CSkills is a pretty simple and user-friendly website. It even appears to have been designed to look well in lower resolution monitor displays.

Indeed, the website is intended to top searches for the "construction+ skills" keyword. It's number 2 for "construction skills" and it tops all search results for "skills construction" (Notice the difference in changing the word sequence). Also, CSkills makes it to the first Google results page with the keywords "construction skills training," "construction training," and "construction training and learning."

The SEO score used to be trivial for me. Looks like CSkills's 93% SEO makes me rethink my perception of the SEO figure now. Keyword propriety and the obvious direct relationship between SEO score and search engine ranking in CSkills paint a good www picture.
